What will an Inspection tell me as a Home Buyer?
A Certified Inspector will visually inspect the home using state-of-the-art testing equipment. He/she will go over the findings with you. You will receive a report on all the home's systems including appliances, heating, cooling, foundation, electrical, plumbing, roof, attic, interior and exterior walls, and garages with an overall emphasis on function and safety. The inspector will also give you valuable information on life cycles of various components of your new home so you can budget for replacements, if necessary.
